Job Summary Elevate your career working as an Enforcement Coordinator for the Minnesota Department of Health in a position which exists to coordinate the enforcement activities in the Office of Medical Cannabis. This position is responsible for enforcement of state statutes and rules for businesses cultivating, manufacturing, selling, and transporting cannabis products as well as organizations hosting events. These regulated establishments are inspected or investigated to ensure materials grown and manufactured into products for consumption are safe are compliant with regulations. This is a hybrid telework position and is based on the business needs and manager discretion. Commuting to the St. Paul office and other MDH office locations across the state will be required. Reimbursement for authorized business travel expenses is provided according to bargaining unit guidelines.
