Job Description The Applications Engineer is the primary interface between the client and INFICON FPS and must reflect our unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. You are responsible for maintaining an excellent client relationship and for resolving/escalating any problems/concerns encountered. You will work with a broad range of client stakeholders and the other members of the INFICON IMS team to successfully and efficiently deploy our applications to help our clients achieve their objectives. You will train end users, support client change management needs, test client requested application changes, and meet project budget and timeline. You will also have the opportunity to participate in data warehouse development as well as advanced data analysis, data science and analytics. Responsibilities

Additional Information This is a remote job but regular visits to client sites and participation in on-site team events is expected. INFICON is very flexible when planning travel that works within your schedule. The average travel expectation for this role is around 10-20% with occasional periods of higher travel as needed. For New York, the expected salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $150,000 per year. In addition, INFICON employees are eligible for a profit sharing bonus with a target of 10%.
