Job ID:108830 Location:Clemson University Full/Part Time:Full-Time Regular/Temporary:Regular JOB SUMMARY: The MBA Marketing Coordinator serves as the lead MBA social media manager and creative designer to provide marketing support to the MBA Program as directed by Marketing and Communications Leadership. Oversees a comprehensive social media strategy, and creates graphics for unit collateral, advertising and online materials. Coordinates, shoots, and edits photo/videography. Performs other duties as assigned. JOB DUTIES: 35% - Essential - Social Media: Plans and updates social media, manages online presence. Creates content for social media outlets specific to the best practice for each platform. Shares upcoming events, application deadlines, information sessions, student successes, etc. Creates content calendar around University and MBA events. Monitors updates from other universities and local entities and shares information to the appropriate audience. 35% - Essential - Graphic Design: Serves as lead graphic designer for the Clemson MBA Program. Creates graphics for social media, print materials, promotional graphics, digital ads, etc. in support of MBA program goals. Develop PowerPoint presentations for the Director of MBA and unit directors, including presentations for orientation. Ensure all graphics adhere to Clemson brand guidelines. 20% - Essential - Creative: Assist in producing photo and video content needed for marketing materials including social media, print materials, advertising, etc. Photograph events, classes, and student led initiatives to promote Clemson and the MBA program externally. Attends student orientation and takes head-shots. Coordinates and produces quick smart-phone quality informational and promotional photos and videos for website and social media. Build and maintain relationships with contracted photographers and videographers. 10% - Essential - Operational Support: Provides support for Program events as needed, including event support linked to individual units. Creates and manages Eventbrite page for registration and promotion of events. Communicates internally to promote attendance. Promotes externally via email and social media. Communicates internally to keep abreast of upcoming events. Works with unit Directors to create email content and graphics. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor's Degree and experience related to the development and dissemination of informational material. Work Experience: 1+ years PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: Preferred experience: working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
