MassBay Community Collegeseeks a Research Analyst with strong skills in data analysis, visualization,and presentation to join the Office of Institutional Effectiveness toassist the College in institutionalizing data-informed decision making andpromote institutional effectiveness. The Research Analyst will supportthe College’s efforts in reporting data to internal stakeholders and externalorganizations. This is a mostly remote position, but must be able to travel tocampus as needed. Key Responsibilities and Duties:

-Preferred – experience in Institutional Research; -Master’s degree in Social/Behavioral Science, Education, Statistics or related field may be substituted for experience;
