Are you ready to lead the charge in revolutionizing the Life Sciences industry? Look no further! As the General Manager,Primary Cells & Cell based Solutions, youll be at the helm of our Cells & Services franchise, driving innovation, growth, and impact. We want a contributor that is Team Oriented, responsible for Profit & Loss (P&L), has a working knowledge of cells and Life Sciences experience.

What Youll Do:

  • Strategic Visionary: Youll craft the roadmap for success, weaving together a compelling Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy that propels our Life Sciences offerings to new heights.
  • 3d Matrices in Drug Discovery: Dive into the fascinating world of 3D matrices for drug discovery, toxicity assessment, and personalized medicine. Your expertise will shape the future of healthcare.
  • Industry Leader: P&L management, Lean practices, and New Business Developmentthese are your playgrounds. Youll orchestrate harmonious partnerships and pricing strategies that resonate with our clients.
  • Market Creator: Unleash your creativity! Develop market/product strategies that resonate with our audience. Collaborate with commercial partners to turn vision into reality.
  • Execution Extraordinaire: Plans are great, but execution is everything. Youll drive the commercialization of cutting-edge Life Sciences products, ensuring they reach their full potential.

What youll bring (Minimum Requirements):

  • Experience: Bachelors Degree in Life Sciences or related discipline
    • 15+ years of progressive sales, marketing, and business development experience.
    • 10+ years in senior leadership roles with direct management responsibilities.
    • 7+ years of experience in the life sciences or related field.

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location and the candidates qualifications including prior relevant experience. The pay range for this position is $197,753 to $263,670 annually.
* Actual compensation may be higher based on the successful candidates knowledge and relevant experience.
*This position is also eligible for an annual bonus based on certain criteria being met.
