Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for a Sourcing Manager located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As a Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for executing sourcing strategies and projects for the assigned categories and is responsible for achieving key performance targets in savings, working capital improvement, and continuous improvement as well as overall sourcing execution, market intelligence data gathering, RFx, financial data modeling and analysis, complex negotiations, project management, legal supplier contract development, procurement aspects of supplier qualification, risk mitigation programs, and appropriate implementation of the source-to-pay process inclusive of customer-centric support content and preferred payment methods and supplier relationship management.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Coordinate supplier management activities and executes supplier compliance activities for assigned suppliers. Suppliers may be global and/or regional in nature and may span multiple sites, a business or RANK BUs
• Work closely with engineering and operations team drive project initiatives against strategy and plan. Compiles specifications and business requirements to develop bid packages for competitive events
• Regularly monitor and analyze market, competitive data, pricing trends to identify bid or negotiation opportunities
• Update contract pricing in SAP, coordinate with buyers to ensure pricing compliance

Ultimately, you will be responsible for contributing to Reynolds Consumer Products packaging sourcing category teams in the development, communication and approval of sourcing strategies, collecting and providing business requirements and supply market information and supply practices.

We need you to have:

• B.A. or B.S. degree is required - preferably in Packaging Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance or related field
• 5 years of professional experience in the Procurement discipline in a large, internationally scaled, multi-plant manufacturing organization
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to implement supplier change and/or cost savings initiatives across a large, complex supplier base and a geographically diverse plant network
• 3 years+ experience in managing spends of at least $80MM per year in packaging categories or other related direct materials driven by commodity markets (resins, plastics, paper, metal)

Icing on the cake:

• MBA or another advanced degree
• Experience in paper packaging
• Multiple language and country experience
