Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for a Claims Analyst to join our team at our offices in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As a Claims Analyst, you will be responsible for calculating and processing all broker commissions, customer user programs, and miscellaneous check requests. The successful Analyst will work with Sales & Customer to identify and resolve all Customer Program/ Trade Spend related deductions while initiating timely and consistent collection efforts on invalid customer deductions.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Create and administer all trade spend and customer/end user programs in various system
• Identify and resolve all Customer Program and Trade Spend deductions
• Create customer volume reports and extrapolate growth
• Efficiently and accurately request payments per audit guidelines

Ultimately, you will play a vital role in our company and will use your organizational skills to ensure that we are operating efficiently and are able to satisfy the needs of our customers.

We need you to have:

• 2+ years of related professional Accounts Payable and/or Procure-to-Pay experience
• Experience using SAP
• Excellent Microsoft Office capabilities, including Excel

Icing on the cake:

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, cash applications, or general accounting
• AA in Finance or Accounting
