POSITION SUMMARY

Within Lumbermen's Counter Solutions business segment, we template, fabricate, and install stone surfaces. The person in this position is responsible for templating/measuring and photographing job sites and communicating that information back to our CAD design team to ensure that countertops are made to the correct specifications. This person will also be working with our end customers to ensure all details and specifications are gathered and communicated to the CAD team. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Traveling to job sites to gather necessary measurement data for our CAD team to design and fabricate stone countertops
• Performing digital and manual countertop templates at end customer's location
• Working closely with Counter Solutions inside sales team and the CAD office to provide fast and accurate countertop template/measure
• Representing Lumbermen's professionally while interacting with our end customers through effective communication, timely arrival, neat and efficient work, and using caution and care while onsite

This position offers a $350 annual clothing allowance for uniform, protective footwear, and PPE.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma/GED required
• Prior fabrication or construction experience desired
• Possesses valid driver's license with clean driving record

• Possesses understanding of the fabrication and installation processes for all countertop surfaces including: laminate, solid surface, granite, and quartz

• Ability to effectively and accurately communicate relevant project details of the countertop and installation process with the end customer
• Ability to provide clear communication to CAD and inside sales teams
• CAD experience is desired, but training is available

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to do physical labor including lifting of up to 100 lbs
