Program Summary:



The clinic operations team provides administrative support to programs, staff, and families at St. David's Center. Our team often is the first face seen or or voice heard as someone starts their journey with St. David's Center- and our team has a critical role in ensuring those experience reflect our values and mission. We partner across all areas of business, assist in managing questions or sending those questions to the right place. We have a crucial role in compliance and rely on our IT systems and programs to ensure we are updating our data/records.



Position Overview:

This position will work as a key role in thesupport for our medical records and intake and reception processes. This involves

  • Administrative projects and support- including shifts at our front desk- welcoming guests and checking them in for services
  • Logging into our phone system to support general calls
  • data entry support,
  • auditing of our records for data integrity
  • compliance maintenance of ourmedical records
  • developmentand maintenanceofour referral and client databases
  • various projects focused on our intake engagement initiatives
  • .In addition, this role will offer administrative support, filing, and other duties as needed.
  • As a member of the AHIM (Admissions & Health Information Management) team, this individual must be detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

This position office at our Harman Center site in Minneapolis

Schedule: 25 HOURS Monday-Friday business hours (within 8-6) *Exact schedule will be discussed during the process



Pay:
DOQ This position is benefits eligible, including eligibility for loan forgiveness!

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degreepreferred. Will considerAssociate or technical degree in a business or health-related discipline.
  • H ighly organized
  • Basic math, writing / spelling skills
  • Ability to work independently and problem solve
