Job Class: Human Services Program Representative 2
Working Title: Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services Grant Manager
This position will provide leadership, direction and coordination of all phases of grants and contracts process across multiple program lines or all aspects of a specific program's operation including pre-award, award, post-award, monitoring and close out phases of the grants and contracts process in accordance with state and federal laws, regulations and mandates including Federal Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Uniform Guidance, Office of Grant Management (OGM) policies; Department of Human Services Contracts and Legal Compliance Division policies and procedures; and Behavioral Health Division standard operating policies and procedures.
The incumbent will be involved in providing technical assistance and consultation regarding all phases of the grants and contracts processes and program operations with a variety of stakeholders including county and tribal governments, public health agencies, treatment and other social service providers, advocacy and other interested groups.
Some Responsibilities Include:
The initial program focus will be grant-making primarily related to implementation of CLAS in partner organizations. Successful applicant will likely have to support other program areas as well.
