Customer Service Account Specialist, Plymouth, Minnesota

Direct hire opportunity in Plymouth for Customer Service Account Specialist.

Core work hours will be 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.

Target pay range is $19-$22 an hour.

Position contingent on criminal background and drug test.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3 plus years' customer service experience in an office setting, preferably with an international organization.
• Must have excellent and accurate typing skills.
• Must have general computer skills, be detail-oriented and able to work effectively with people at all levels.
• Experience with direct accounts and SAP ERP system is preferred.
