Job Description and Duties

The Office Technician (Typing) is independently responsible for various technical and administrative support functions including: Assisting public visitors, answering telephones, sending, receiving and logging in packages, processing incoming and outgoing mail, typing correspondence and reports, filing and tracking purchase orders and contracts, and archiving cases. In addition, the Office Technician will act as the Laboratory Attendance Coordinator gathering, verifying and posting staff attendance.

Special Requirements
