Community Behavioral Health Hospital (CBHH) in Alexandria is seeking a talented, mission driven, person-centered Hospital Administrator to join our team. CBHH is a small inpatient psychiatric facility that provides rapid assessment and stabilization for adults experiencing acute mental health symptoms. The typical length of stay of 30 - 45 days, during which treatment focuses on stabilization, patient education, and discharge planning involving community support resources, with the overall goal of preventing future episodes.
As the Hospital Administrator, in partnership with the Clinical Director, you will lead a multi-talented team consisting of medical staff, nurses, social workers, and rehabilitation therapists in the overall operations of the hospital and oversee the provision of cost effective and quality care and treatment to patients who have been civilly committed.
