Position Summary

Analyze, design, develop, test, debug, document, deploy and maintain custom software for intermediate to complex level projects that meets documented requirements and business needs of Children's. Also responsible for designing, building, implementing and maintaining web pages and sites with back end databases and performing day-to-day administration of the organization's web portfolio.

Education:
*BS/BS/MS or 7 years of domain-specific experience in software development.

Required Experience:
*7+ years' experience PHP programming
*7+ years' experience CSS, JavaScript, HTML, and/or other web technologies
*7+ years' experience with SQL-based relational databases
*4+ years' experience with JavaScript/modern JavaScript (ES6)
*3+ years' experience with Windows, preferably in an enterprise / domain environment

Preferred Experience:
*Experience with PHP PDO, and modern PHP (8.0+) features, classes, and components
*Experience with a modern JavaScript framework (Angular, VueJS, ReactJS)
*Experience with GIT and source control workflows in a team environment
*Experience with JSON, AJAX, and building and consuming REST API services
*Knowledge of Azure cloud services and architectures
*Experience with automated build processes and CI/CD tooling
*Modern front-end build tools (NPM, Gulp, Webpack, Sass, etc.)
*Automated testing and unit testing frameworks and processes
*Experience with Windows Server / Internet Information Services (IIS)
*Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL Server
*Developer experience with popular CMS systems: WordPress, Joomla, SharePoint, Confluence
*SOAP and web services architectures
