The Lead Analyst Work and Asset Management Systems will oversee and manage work management process in coordination with supervisors, managers and field technicians. Manages and updates the Adelphia Gateway work and asset management system, including system set up, changes and efficient workflows to maximize efficiency in a safe, reliable, efficient and compliant manner.

Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions
• Subject matter expert for the Adelphia Gateway work and asset management system.
• Creates, maintains, and updates the work and asset management system as needed; develop regular reports on maintenance, repairs and associated costs.
• Defines all work tasks such as inspections, maintenance, compliance, projects, day of work, etc.
• Prepares annual financial planning for total portfolio generation and O&M budget.
• Creates, requests and processes work orders, purchase orders and invoices for projects and field technicians.
• Partners with IT to test updates and new processes as needed.
• Ensures all field technicians have the right training, procedures, Operator Qualifications, forms, etc. for assigned tasks.
• Maintains technician schedules in the work and asset management system.
• Manages and tracks workload schedule to ensure resources are aligned with workplan.
• Ensures work orders are completed and supports maintaining a 100% completion rate.
• Creates materials and conducts training for work and asset management system procedures.

Position Requirements:
• Associate’s degree in a related discipline is required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum five years of related experience including CMMS experience
• Five years of experience in natural gas industry preferred
• Five years of experience with e-Procurement systems preferred; Oracle Cloud ERP is a plus
• Five years of experience with preparing, reviewing and presenting operating plans and budgets preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong organizational, planning and project management skills; ability to manage time, and multiple and changing priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel
• Ability to lead trainings and workshops
• Exceptional team-building and business partnering skills
