WHAT YOU’LL DO:

The temporary MFV Associate Merchandiser supports the MFV (Made For Value) Merchandisers for Men’s and Women’s in the key areas of assortment planning, maintaining product data accuracy, hindsight and market analysis. This role also assists the MFV Merchandisers as well as the PD&S team with department operations.

• Maintain and update line plan data – targets, pricing, sku, delivery, projections, and rollups
• Consolidate and impute seasonal hindsight information into line plans
• Assist in managing SKU and financial targets throughout the season. Maintain details of current plan vs. roadmap targets
• Prepare merchandising documents for product milestone meetings – line architecture, sales cad review, and key account meetings
• Cross checking details for visual line plans & buysheets
• Assist merchandisers with maintaining assortment accuracy in PLM ensuring all style details are accurate and up to date
• Perform data integration from PLM to Full Circle. Point person for integration tasks related to data accuracy – sample and production
• Compile seasonal hindsight information for the MFV team
• Develop pre-season category hindsight analysis in preparation for season planning
• Compile market competitor insight information – pricing and style details
• Managing, keeping track of and prepping samples for account showings

General department:

• Assist with the day-to-day operation of the PD&S & MFV Departments
• Schedule and facilitate meetings and conferences
• Assist with planning department budgets
• Manage department expenses
• Assist with building and maintaining seasonal calendars
• Coordinate travel
• Setup for sales meetings and product presentations
• Work cross functionally with all departments
• Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ years of related professional experience
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Intermediate ability with Mac OS
• Advanced ability with Word, Excel, Outlook
• Beginner – Intermediate ability with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
• Experience with Full Circle software a plus
• This position requires some hours at our office in Costa Mesa, CA; however, some duties can be performed remotely.

Liberated Brands is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Costa Mesa, CA is $23/hr - $26/hr. This position is Hybrid and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location.
