ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Assist Corporate Trust Manager with event scheduling.

Complete transfers for payment date processing.

Process account disbursements and receipts.

Process incoming mail and log Transfer Agent mail.

Open accounts on the trust accounting system.

Respond to audit confirmation requests.

Assist customers while Trust Administrators are out or unavailable.

Document retention and filing.

Assist with preparation of RFP materials.

Responsible for certain reconciliation reporting.

Assist with other job related duties and special projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent analytical skills.

Detail oriented with emphasis on accuracy.

Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications.

Ability to operate in a team environment to accomplish shared goals.

Basic working knowledge of general investment vehicles.

Ability to perform tasks quickly and accurately.

Must be able to work additional hours, as assigned, to meet the needs of the department.

Ability to effectively manage time as related to daily tasks.

Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a high pressure environment while maintaining professional demeanor.

Ability to perform in a highly sensitive environment, deal with confidential matters and meet deadlines.

Demonstrated good attendance and punctuality.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

Minimum of 3 years banking experience or industry equivalent.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Constant use of computer screens.

Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear.

Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching.

Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday.


Long periods of typing and repetitive motion.


Ability to lift and/or move and carry 5 pounds.
