Responsibilities
Revolution is now hiring for an Attendant for the Reprocessing department in Mesquite, TX. This role will be responsible for learning the basic operations of production department(s) in processing materials or manufacturing products in an industrial organization.
- Assume responsibility for the finished product.
- Fill in on any line as line attendant as required.
- Read and understand production orders in English.
- Document quality checks on time, verifying correct count and label.
- Must be willing and able to guide, teach, and direct co-workers that are assigned to assist you on any given machine.
- Know packing materials and procedures.
- Learn how to thread up all lines.
- Distinguish between acceptable and unacceptable quality standards.
- Assists in taking the line down and putting it back up.
- Assists in changing screens and clean dies.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work 6:50 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. for night shift or 6:50 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. for day shift on rotating schedule
- Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
- Periodically lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
- Must be able to stand 12 hours.
- Bilingual preferred but not required (English/Spanish).
