Mechanical Engineer (Req #: 1017), Honolulu, Hawaii

• Lead and mentor mechanical engineering department design staff, including other licensed MEs, EITs
• Prepares design documents, including setting up drawings for plans, isometrics, details, riser diagrams, and schedules
• Design from conceptual through final design, and provide construction support services
• Work with in-house detailing team during shop drawing process
• Manage multiple projects and have strong oral and written communication skills

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in designing HVAC, plumbing and fire sprinkler systems
• Familiarity with relevant codes: mechanical, energy, plumbing and ensure design conforms with all applicable codes and client standards
• Proficiency in latest version of Revit and BIM workflows
