Develop and promote systemic and policy change options that give individuals access to the right services at the right time, regardless of age. System design addresses consumers across the need spectrum and slows the use of deep safety net services. Implement through collaboration the DHS Aging Vision.

Noting that additional funds and outside-funded supports will be needed over the next several decades, use the division's resources to seek alternatives to current sources of funds and build the relationships needed to sustain aging adults in their communities.
