Reporting to the Associate Director for HR Systems, the Business Systems Analyst supports the service delivery of University-wide systems, solutions, and services with a focus on HR Systems. This role will support all HR systems, including PeopleSoft, and will work with the team to research, identify, develop, design, document, implement, and communicate solutions to support business needs and provide ongoing support. The Business Systems Analyst is expected to work closely with the user community, fellow team members, technical partners, and vendors to design, test, implement, and validate solutions to support ongoing and emerging needs. Support PeopleSoft Absence Management, Talent Management, Pension and Benefits Administration). As well as Kenexa (Staff Recruiting), Harvard Training Portal and other HR applications. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to implement system improvements, help resolve technical business challenges within HR Systems and assist as needed. Principal Responsibilities:
