The HR Generalist at Siteimprove will be a dynamic professional focused on providing robust support to first and second-line managers, for the GTM organizations, while fostering positive employee relations. Reporting directly to the Senior Director - Human Resources, this role requires adaptability, proactive problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently on range of employee relation cases. What we will require of you Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Advanced Excel skills for data management and reporting. Proficient in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. Proactive mindset with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
