The starting salary for this position is $20.50-24.05/hr

Mortgage Loan Originator Assistant Role:

Act as the liaison between the MLO (Sales), the member, and the Operation Team to support the needs of the member and/or the teams to move the loan from Pre-Qualification thru closing/funding. Trained to discuss rates and products as needed for MLO coverage, aide members with general and loan specific questions and collection of documents as needed to keep the loan moving towards closing/funding. Work to develop sales skills through resources provided.

Knowledge and Skills:

Experience

One year to three years of similar or related experience.

Education

A high school education or GED.

Interpersonal Skills

Work involves extensive personal contact with others and is of a personal or sensitive nature. Motivating, influencing, and/or training others is key at this level. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary and often requires the ability to influence and/or sell ideas or services to others.

Other Skills

Must have good communication skills. Ability to operate various business machines, including PCs and appropriate software. Exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
