Due to internal mobility are looking to add a Consultant I to our Logistics Implementation team. As an implementation consultant you believe in collaboration and teamwork. Day-to-Day

As a Consultant I you will work among a team of professionals responsible for developing standardized solutions for our customers. You will research, isolate, diagnose, resolve and follow-up on problems for customer change events. When necessary, you will also manage escalated events as appropriate.

  • Install, upgrade, test, and configure systems as part of completing implementation project.
  • Consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs, and to understand clients' business objectives and goals.
  • Keep customer and other stakeholders informed of project progress.
  • Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products.
  • Engage with clients, including 3PLs, carriers, and logistics providers, to understand their unique business requirements and challenges.
  • Analyze client needs and execute on design via tailored recommended solutions, ensuring alignment with their logistics and supply chain goals.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the technical configuration of a customers solution including providing guidance to clients on best practices and optimal use of the network.
  • Conduct training sessions for client teams to ensure they are proficient in using the implemented solutions.
  • Conduct tasks and assignments as directed.
  • Work under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.
  • Track progress of Implementation project(s). Ensure deadlines are met and scheduling issues resolved

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to apply, test, and re-configure data rules to produce desired results
  • A balanced mix of skills: driver and facilitator, tactical leader and doer
