POSITION SUMMARY

As an Accounting and Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, reporting, and financial control support, while driving process improvement through data analysis and supporting innovation initiatives. This full-time position is based in La Crosse, WI, working Monday through Friday.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting functions.
  • Supervise and lead administrative staff in multiple off-site locations.
  • Prepare month end journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Implement and maintain efficient accounting systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies and relevant regulations.

Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of related experience, 1-3 years supervisory experience.
  • Must be detail oriented and have a strong work ethic.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Have strong customer service experience.
